We teach Tai Chi classes and workshops for groups, individuals, schools and businesses.
We currently teach regular classes in 3 locations across Solihull and Birmingham.
Tai Chi is a great practice for promoting movement of the whole body, relaxation and managing stress.
Our programmes are all health focused and include insight from Chinese and Scientific perspectives. This gives you the opportunity to really understand how Tai Chi is helping your body and overall wellbeing.
