Negative beliefs about pain and your body also have a significant impact. We have strategies to help develop a healthier + more resilient thought process.

Life events shape you as a person and this can have an impact on your body and your overall wellbeing. We'll help you to understand your own timeline and see how your past and present events maybe effecting you.
